Pet Policy
At Eagle Pointe, pets are always welcome! The rules are simple; each home is limited to two (2) pets. Our pet-friendly apartments allow cats and most breeds of dogs up to 80lbs. The breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf or Dingo Hybrids. This includes any breed within the same family, or dog with a mixture of any of the prohibited breeds.
Each resident will be required to pay a one-time, non refundable $250 pet fee at the time of lease signing or upon getting a pet. There is also a monthly fee of $25 per pet.
